Having Difficulties

Im using the most recent version of Dolphin, an open source community software. There's a difficulty registering the mysql database entries and login names. It says that it can't log on using the database name and login that I've specified using x10hosting. I'll try different web hosts and see if that changes things. I'll also try some other programs and see if they configure more smoothly.
